Bookkeeper​/Finance Assistant in Fashion

Overview

Based in Barbican, we are looking for a Bookkeeper to join a warm and vibrant fashion head office. This hybrid role combines financial accuracy with seamless office operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience required.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Manage expenses correctly and efficiently.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Manage wholesale invoices and payments.
• Ensure smooth policies and procedures within Head Office.
• We are looking for the candidate to start ASAP.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant bookkeeping role.
• Experience in Xero and solid knowledge of UK financial compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable – with a can‑do attitude.
• Experience in the fashion or creative industry is a plus.
