Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organised and ambitious Personal Assistant to support their newly appointed Chief of Staff for a successful, high-growth scale-up in financial services. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, capable, and proactive individual who wants exposure to a fast-paced executive office environment. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office while gaining valuable experience working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including booking rooms and arranging logistics
- Managing inboxes and responding to routine correspondence
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Organising travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Processing expenses and maintaining records
- Supporting event coordination and team activities
- Maintaining organised filing systems (digital and physical)
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries and directing appropriately
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a PA or in a team support role supporting a Director or at C‑suite level in a scale up, start up or fast paced environment
- Ideally a graduate
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and professional approach
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, AI and technology
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
