Administrative Specialist

Overview

We are excited to welcome a motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team in Finchampstead. This is an on-site role where you will play a key part in supporting our business operations, field teams, and clients. • Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
• Assists the organizational team with various projects or special tasks as needed.
• Assists in uploading reports and answering questions regarding processes and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Ability to learn new client management and billing software.
• Support field operations with client communication and scheduling.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

• Higher Secondary Education preferred.
• 1-2 years proven Customer Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Demonstrated ability to support customers and internal teams, ideally with previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Strong Attention to Detail:
  Able to complete tasks with accuracy, follow procedures, and identify inconsistencies in reports or documentation.
• Self-Motivated with Strong Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Able to work independently, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize:
  Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Office-Based Role:
  Must be eligible and available to work on-site as required.
