Thesuccessfulcandidatewillactasthefirstpointofcontactfornewandexistingclients,handlingenquiriesinallthreelanguages.
Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringthatclientinformationisaccuratelycapturedandthateachenquiryismanagedefficientlyandwithcare.
Client Communication:Answerincomingcallsandemails,providingclearandprofessionalinformationin
English,Lithuanianand Russian
,dependingonclientneeds.Attendance Taking:Recordaccuratedetailsofclientenquiriesandattendancenotesforthe First Response Team ,ensuringinformationisloggedcorrectly.
Client Support:Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.
Case Administration:Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.
Team Coordination:Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.
Compliance:Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirm’scomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.
Fluentlanguageskillsin English,Lithuanianand Russianareessential
,astheroleinvolvessupportingclientswhocommunicateintheselanguages.Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytohandlesensitiveinformationwithdiscretion.
Strongattentiontodetailandaccuraterecord-keeping.

Previousexperienceinanadministrative,call-handlingorcustomerservicerole—ideallywithinalegalorprofessionalservicesenvironment—isdesirablebutnotessential.
