Thesuccessfulcandidatewillactasthefirstpointofcontactfornewandexistingclients,handlingenquiriesinallthreelanguages.

Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringthatclientinformationisaccuratelycapturedandthateachenquiryismanagedefficientlyandwithcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication:Answerincomingcallsandemails,providingclearandprofessionalinformationin
    English,Lithuanianand Russian
    ,dependingonclientneeds.

  • Attendance Taking:Recordaccuratedetailsofclientenquiriesandattendancenotesforthe First Response Team ,ensuringinformationisloggedcorrectly.

  • Client Support:Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.

  • Case Administration:Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.

  • Team Coordination:Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.

  • Compliance:Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirm’scomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.

About You
  • Fluentlanguageskillsin English,Lithuanianand Russianareessential
    ,astheroleinvolvessupportingclientswhocommunicateintheselanguages.

  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytohandlesensitiveinformationwithdiscretion.

  • Strongattentiontodetailandaccuraterecord-keeping.

  • Confidentworkinginafast-pacedofficeenvironmentandmanagingmultiplepriorities.

  • Previousexperienceinanadministrative,call-handlingorcustomerservicerole—ideallywithinalegalorprofessionalservicesenvironment—isdesirablebutnotessential.
