Salary £24,638 per year plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and instant pay access with Stream

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

What

you’ll do
  • Support inspections and safety activities through desktop coordination
  • Keep records accurate and up to date for compliance and improvement
  • Log and track customer concerns, feedback and engagement activity
  • Help improve contractor performance with clear reporting and meeting notes
  • Use your initiative to help the team manage workload and solve problems

You have
  • Strong admin experience in construction, facilities or building safety
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
  • Confidence handling sensitive info and communicating clearly
  • Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office and specialist systems
  • A passion for learning and making a difference

You’ll work core hours between 08:00 and 18:00 with flexibility built in. We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our head office, with the rest from home. Our anchor days are Monday on day and Thursday.
