• Assist with supervising production of high‑end building boards and façade materials.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, deliver toolbox talks, and manage inductions and training.
• Create schedules, assign daily tasks, and support operatives with issues.
• Oversee workflow, check quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Operate, maintain, and repair machinery; manage tooling and consumables.
• Communicate updates to management and handle customer or operative concerns.

• Must have 2+ years of CNC experience.
• Experience supervising small teams is desirable.
• Personable personality.
• Excellent communicator and leader.
• Strong health and safety background.
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organized.
