If you are an experienced Branch Manager looking to lead a complex care service with real scale, structure, and purpose, this role offers full ownership of a well-established branch with the backing needed to run it effectively. You will have the authority to make decisions, shape performance, and lead a high-quality service, with a salary of up to £44,000 per annum reflecting the responsibility of the role.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £40,000 to £44,000 per annum.

About the Company
You will be joining a large, established UK care provider delivering regulated complex care services in the community. The organisation is known for strong governance, consistent standards, and giving experienced managers genuine autonomy within a well-supported operational framework.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe and effective complex care delivery.
• Recruit, retain, and manage a workforce capable of supporting complex care packages.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and governance in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and performance management across the service.
About You
• Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within complex care services.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements relevant to complex care provision.
• Experience managing budgets, performance, and service growth within a regulated care environment.
