Position: Technical / Proposals Engineer
Job Description Were looking for a Technical / Proposals Engineer to join our clients Industrial Systems team based near Keele! Youll work closely with clients across construction, industrial, and consultancy sectors to provide fit-for-purpose and cost-effective technical solutions. This is not a commission-based sales role; your focus will be on proposals, tender preparation, and technical problem solving. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical sales, industrial engineering, or engineering support.

A construction or groundworks background could be beneficial, but not essential. Strong analytical, maths, and communication skills are key. What youll be doing Assess client requirements and provide technical recommendations Advise customers on pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation with accuracy Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical interpretation skills Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and architects Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)
* Option to work hours over 4 days
* Pay £27,500 - £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)  Yearly Bonuses!
