We are looking to appoint a person like you – an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with staff and students across the school, demonstrating a caring and supportive approach, being a highly motivated and excellent team player who aspires to high standards.

• Provide direct support to students to help raise their confidence and attainment in subjects at KS3 and KS4.
• Support students through small groups or classes, tailoring the approach to meet individual needs.
• Assist with curriculum delivery and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement the school’s collective values and ethics.

• Commitment to working with a diverse student body across KS3 and KS4.
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues.
