About the Role

The Orme Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative thinker to our Maths department. The successful candidate will be committed to raising standards, developing strong progression in students’ learning, and supporting young people across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
  • Plan, assess and report on learning to promote attainment and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practice.
  • Participate in induction, professional development and school initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Qualified teacher or Early‑Career Teacher with experience in KS3 & KS4 Maths.
  • Absolute commitment to raising achievement and fostering learner progression.
  • Strong communication, reflective practice and leadership skills.
