Trainee Administrator
The successful Trainee Administrator will be processing sales orders and contributing to order fulfilment.
This junior-level role plays a key part in delivering excellent service to customers, maintaining internal accuracy, and supporting cross-functional efficiency.
The Trainee Administrator role will include:- Accurately process daily sales orders via ERP and CRM systems
- Ensure additional services (e.g. kitting, job cards) are recorded against the order
- Track shipment progress and delivery status using courier platforms
- Maintain clear, concise system notes for every customer interaction
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external order-related queries
- Respond to courier issues as part of end-to-end customer account support
- Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve queries efficiently
- Proactively update customers on order andавад delivery status
- Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure as part of a small team
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience of the Trainee Administrator:
- GCSE Grade 5 or equivalent in Maths and English
- confident using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM / ERP systems
- Prior experience in order processing or admin support is advantageous
Full UK driving licence preferred.
