Your role in our Sales team is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you’ll be proud to deliver.

• CEO of Your Territory – Identify growth opportunities within your markets, meet with existing customers on‑site, and build relationships.
• Be a Part of a Winning Team – Join our Boston, MA sales team for camaraderie, training, and regular department meetings via office trips.
• Learn from the Best – Receive four weeks of Uline‑specific sales training, followed by a 12‑week mentorship program and continuous career development.

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on‑site visits with customers Tuesday through Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
