• Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)

• Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU (critical care) experience
• Prior travel nursing (Travel RN) experience required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months and in good standing

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU (critical care nurse duties)
• Manage patients with diagnoses such as CHF, respiratory failure, kidney failure, post-op care, COPD, DKA, and sepsis
• Perform ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and infusion therapy as indicated
• Float as needed to telemetry, medical-surgical, and ED holding units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in patient and family education and support
