DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This role requires expertise in managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring their reliability, and providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and a proactive approach to problem-solve.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure seamless operation.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 systems.
- Administer and support Dell and Citrix technologies to enhance system efficiency.
- Implement and monitor Cisco ASA Firewalls to safeguard network security.
- Provide technical support to users, addressing system issues and resolving them promptly.
- Perform regular system updates and backups to maintain data integrity and system reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10.
- Experience working with Dell and Citrix technologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco ASA Firewalls and network security.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
