Senior Financial Analyst

KBW is partnered with a leading organization in the Seacoast, NH area to aid them in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Sr. FA will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive system enhancements, lead ERP‑related initiatives, and implement technology solutions to improve financial operations. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 and can be remote for the right candidate.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities for improvement from a technical and business standpoint.
• Lead end‑to‑end ERP projects including requirements gathering and implementation of new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Provide ongoing support for financial systems and related integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in finance.
• Experience working with financial models, system configuration, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
