We’re looking for a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee fabrication and field execution for complex steel construction projects. This role supports a team known for delivering high‑quality steel and iron structures where coordination between shop, field, and engineering teams is critical. The ideal candidate is organized, hands‑on, and experienced managing projects from planning through installation.

• Manage structural steel projects from fabrication through field installation and final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules while tracking milestones and production timelines
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout fabrication and construction phases
• Coordinate between fabrication shops, field crews, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct site visits and support field teams to resolve issues and maintain progress

• 5+ years of experience managing structural steel or steel/iron construction projects
• Strong background in fabrication workflows and field installation coordination
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple active projects
• Hands‑on field experience supporting steel erection or construction activities
• Ability to communicate effectively with fabricators, contractors, and project teams
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in fast‑paced construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
