Position: Maintenance Electrician (Permanent)
Multi-Skilled Mobile Electrical Bias Engineer

Salary:
Up to £40,000 per year

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Electrical Bias Engineer to cover commercial sites across Swindon, Newbury, Reading, and the M4 corridor.

Role Overview :

Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across multiple commercial sites.
Undertake electrical works, including fault-finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
Support other building services where required, including basic HVAC and minor mechanical works.
Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance testing to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Accurately complete maintenance records, PPM documentation, and health & safety reports.
Work independently while liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Respond to reactive maintenance tasks during normal working hours (no call-out rota).Requirements:

Fully electrically qualified.
18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
Experience as a multi-skilled electrical engineer within commercial or facilities management environments.
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
Full UK driving licence.
