Overview

Based in our new Newbury office, the sales consultant will be responsible for our residential property sales. Specialising in good family homes and using outstanding marketing to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients, the sales consultant will build upon our existing success. For the right person, this role will develop into a sales manager role, responsible for building and leading a market leading sales team.

Key

responsibilities
  • Arrange and carry out viewings with potential buyers
  • Liaise with vendors, update them on progress, identify and suggest improvements to be made.
  • Organise the creation of our outstanding marketing packs for new vendors.
  • Manage the database of potential buyers & sellers, identifying opportunities.
  • Quickly build rapport with buyers, sellers and suppliers. Seek and cultivate relationships with solicitors, developers, brokers and other professionals working in and around the property market.
  • Use direct mail and other targeted campaigns to find potential vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for sponsorship of local events and teams.
  • Carry out market appraisals, deliver proposals to potential vendors.
  • Respond to leads and enquiries.
  • Assess results from marketing campaigns, testing and adjusting for best results.
  • Articulate, confident and presentable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Interested in people, quick to build rapport, able to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for an opportunity.
  • Above all else, a team player.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • UK driving license, own car, business insurance.
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in residential property sales.
