Location: Newbury or Presteigne (on‑site).
Schedule: Full time, 39 hours per week.

• Complete the monthly management accounts pack on a timely and accurate basis, with high‑quality analysis and commentary.
• Prepare and review balance‑sheet reconciliations, ensuring that any differences/issues are identified, reported and resolved.
• Control inter‑company transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor projects for ASC 606 compliance and conduct monthly ASC 606 valuation.
• Assist with inventory valuation, analysis, reporting, control and annual stock counts.
• Monitor performance against budgets/plan and report to the management team.
• Analyze sales and orders.
• Provide operational excellence reporting and control (MWC, DSO, etc.).
• Perform margin analysis and 80/20 quad analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly 80/20 reports.
• Approve RFQ’s and orders, working with the business team to ensure quote margins meet business plans.
• Develop financial models to provide financial insight and improve commercial awareness.
• Ensure the integrity of financial records, defining controls and procedures to guarantee consistency, accuracy and reliability of financial results.
• Assist with preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Perform various ad‑hoc tasks.

• Ideally CIMA or ACCA qualified or a finalist; individuals qualified by experience will be considered.
• Excellent business‑partnering and communication skills, demonstrating capability to influence and collaborate at a senior level.
• A continuous‑improvement mindset and strong systems capability, particularly with Excel (complex formulas, data analysis sets).
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Driving license and ability to travel preferred.
