• Lead the day‑to‑day kitchen operation with the senior team.
• Track and refine menus focused on modern British classics and seasonal produce.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the kitchen team; calm, clear, no egos.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Manage GP, stock, rotas and labour effectively.
• Work closely with FOH to deliver food guests return for.

• Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up from a busy restaurant, brasserie or quality pub.
• Experience with British classics and a passion for modernising them.
• Comfortable in high‑volume environments where consistency is everything.
• Multi‑outlet or hotel experience is a bonus, but strong restaurant credentials matter most.
• A leader who sets the tone, backs their team, is commercially savvy and well organised.

• Senior role in a large, well‑established resort hotel.
