The Bar Manager will oversee the Bar area supporting the team to deliver exceptional service creating and maintaining Drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests.

Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.
Responsibilities- You are passionate about food and drinks!
- Manage the overall beverage offerfor the restaurant including cocktails beers garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests team members and clients.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service acting as a ambassador for the brand.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
- Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.

- You have 1-2 years in a Managerialposition
- Have a strong beverage background
