(minimum 8+ year PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded Berkshire law firm
, based in Newbury

and consistent workflow generated through longstanding business relationships. As a result, the commercial property team continues to grow and now seeks an additional solicitor to support increasing demand.
You will handle a varied and substantial commercial property caseload
, supported by full secretarial assistance
, allowing you to focus on technical work and client relationships.
Matters will include:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Property financing and secured lending
- Asset management work
- Advising on the buying, selling, leasing, owning, occupying and funding
of commercial land and buildings - Industrial, retail and office property transactions
You will have the opportunity to develop existing client relationships
, participate in business development
, and grow your own caseload with the firm's support.
