Learning and Development Coordinator

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to help deliver impactful learning experiences for our clients. If you’re passionate about technology-driven learning, love organising and supporting live events, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Hybrid (Newbury-based office, minimum 2 days per week)

As our L&D Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting the full delivery of our L&D calendar. From supporting the delivery of interactive workshops and managing learning platforms to coordinating logistics and reporting, you’ll ensure every client programme runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

• Supporting live workshops by managing breakout rooms, interactive chats, and technical setup
• Overseeing learning technology systems and webinar platforms
• Branding and editing e-learning and micro-learning content
• Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with suppliers to optimise performance
• Producing detailed client reports and analysing training effectiveness
• Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and maintaining accurate programme records

We’re looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with tech fluency and a passion for learning. You’ll need:

• Excellent presentation and ability to engage virtual audiences
• Confidence with technology and adaptability to new platforms
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
