A supportive and forward‑thinking specialist school in Newbury is seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to work with children and young people who require high levels of care, structure, and emotional support. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in SEN, mental health, psychology, or care‑based professions.

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with complex learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, sensory processing difficulties, and communication challenges. Many students may require personal care, emotional regulation support, and consistent one‑to‑one assistance throughout the school day.
