The Donnington is a round‑the‑clock care home offering nursing, residential, convalescence, respite, palliative care and support for adults with Parkinson’s. Residents can stay from a week to longer, with a dedicated respite room that can be booked up to six months in advance. The converted Victorian house provides light, airy lounges, en‑suite bedrooms, on‑site therapies and a range of activities such as art classes, musical recitals and summer fetes.

A chef prepares a nutritionally balanced, home‑cooked menu.

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors.
• Manage new enquiries.
• Provide advice and support face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Conduct show‑arounds of the care home.
• Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
• Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed.

Previously worked as a receptionist with excellent customer service experience. Friendly, approachable, organised and able to build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams. Demonstrates a caring attitude and the ability to handle a varied workload.
