Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with schools in Newbury to recruit committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistants
. This role involves supporting pupils who need additional help to access the curriculum and thrive within the school environment.
You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support and help create an inclusive and positive learning experience for all pupils.
With pay starting at £90 per day, Teaching Personnel are looking for high quality staff who are passionate about making a difference to young peoples education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN
- Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Feedback pupil progress to teaching staff
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- SEN experience is desirable and may be required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
