Deliver emotional wellbeing interventions and grounding strategies
Support pupils in classroom activities and therapeutic sessions
Work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and mental health professionals
Promote positive behaviour, consistency, and emotional safety
Build trusting relationships that help pupils feel understood and supported
