Location: Newbury / London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

As part of the broader Strategy & Transformation organisation, the Strategy team play a key role in shaping and defining the long‑term vision for Vodafone Business UK. Our mission is to be trusted advisors to the Vodafone Business leadership team, and we collaborate closely with functions across the business to bring strategy through to execution.

We do this by providing robust, data‑led recommendations which leverage market intelligence, customer insights and competitor analysis ensuring there is a clear link to tangible business outcomes that drive growth, improve customer experience and strengthen our market position.

You will lead on strategic projects from initial discovery and assessment through to shaping execution. Working cross‑functionally, you will develop integrated perspectives and recommendations that align the business to our long‑term vision. You will translate complex market, customer and financial insights into clear strategic choices which support senior leaders to prioritise investment, unlock growth and drive measurable business impact.

• Develop innovative methodologies for strategic problem solving, factoring in competitor actions and other sensitivities.
