About

The Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to two senior executives within a fast-paced managed services technology business. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organisational skills, alongside a strong understanding of technology environments, client service operations, and commercial priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities while acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

What

will you do?
  • Executive Support
    • Provide comprehensive, right-hand support to two executives, anticipating needs and enabling them to operate at maximum effectiveness.
    • Manage complex calendars, including internal meetings, client engagements, and board-level commitments.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense management.
    • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-up actions for executive and client meetings.
    • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
    • Provide light touch, ad‑hoc support to one or two other executives as and when required.
  • Business & Operational Support
    • Support preparation for leadership, board, and governance meetings, including papers, minutes, and action tracking.
    • Assist with operational rhythms such as monthly business reviews, financial updates, and KPI reporting.
    • Liaise with colleagues across technology, service delivery, sales, finance and people teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
    • Track key actions, deadlines, and priorities to ensure commitments are met.
    • Support ad‑hoc projects related to business growth, service improvement, or operational efficiency.
  • Client & External Engagement
    • Assist with coordination of client meetings, QBRs, and executive-level engagements.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
    • Maintain a polished and professional presence aligned with the company’s brand and values.
  • Information & Process Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and correspondence.
    • Improve executive workflows, processes, and systems to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with data protection and security standards.
What will you bring? Essential
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional supporting executives.
  • Experience in technology, IT services, managed services, or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting more than one executive concurrently.
  • Understanding of managed services models, SLAs, or technology delivery environments.
  • Experience preparing board or leadership-level materials.
