Role Description

The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in newberry, SC. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple store locations within an assigned district. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing store performance, driving sales and profitability, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and mentoring store managers to foster leadership and growth. The District Manager is also responsible for analyzing sales reports, managing budgets, and maintaining successful customer service standards across all stores in the district.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and guide store managers
• Experience in operational management, budget management, and strategy implementation
• Skills in sales analysis, merchandising, and driving profitability
• Knowledge of customer relations, communication, and conflict resolution to maintain excellent customer service
• Experience in retail or multi-unit management is highly preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to travel to stores within the assigned district as required
