Compensation: $13 - $18+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus).

• Assist the salon manager with recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff; coach, counsel, and correct employees.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Monitor controllable expenses—labor, cost of sales, other expenses—to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure salon cleanliness, stock, organization, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers, establish loyalty, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Create a motivating, team‑based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense data; perform financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all monies received; handle banking requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day; lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
