Senior Infusion RN - Infusion Newberg MOB

Overview

The Senior Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) has knowledge of Oncology and other specialty diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, and skills with port-a-caths and all venous access devices. The Senior Infusion RN applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings. Serves as a mentor for journey-level Infusion RNs and assists with orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.

Lead infusion nursing care for oncology and other specialty patients; coordinate interdisciplinary team interventions based on patient assessments; mentor journey-level Infusion RNs; participate in orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Associate Degree in Nursing with 4 years' RN experience
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other national infusion certification upon hire
• 3 years of infusion nursing experience

• 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience

Posted wage range: $49.34 - $76.59. The base pay range may be supplemented by other compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, bonuses, or incentives.
