Pay rate:
- $60- $68/hr W2.

- Assess patients' medical conditions, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, interpreting and responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, procedures, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions following established protocols.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [state name].
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. - Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
- BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications such as PALS and TNCC preferred.
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move freely throughout the workday.
- Capable of lifting and transferring patients with assistance as needed.
- Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient condition and respond to alarms.
- Manual dexterity to perform nursing procedures and administer medications.
- Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, and hazardous materials.
- Collaboration with diverse patient populations and healthcare team members.
