OverviewOur RN will perform delegations for Brookdale of Newberg M-Th and Brookdale Wilsonville on Fridays. Delegations are needed for changes in condition, RN delegation, etc. We do have LPN Health & Wellness Directors in these communities. Outside of the RN specific needs, the RN would be responsible to assist within the 2 communities they support, certain tasks may be delegated to them to complete, cover for HWD vacations and their on-call while out, and various other tasks as needed.
Training& Onboarding
We provide 4 weeks of training and onboarding PRIOR to you starting in your role with us. We set you up for SUCCESS.
ReportingYou will be reporting to the District Director of Clinical.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and ExperienceEducation as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care experience preferred. Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.
