Location:

Newberg, Oregon

Pay: $18-$20+/hr DOE

Schedule:

Split shift during training (Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-8:00pm)

Training lasts 6-8 weeks. After completion, you will transition to either:

Day Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm-12:00am

A local manufacturing company producing dental components and materials for the medical field is seeking a dependable Extruder Operator to join their team.

What You’ll Do

You will train in extrusion operations with the opportunity to cross‑train as a backup in shipping. As an Extruder Operator, you will:

Operate and monitor rubber extrusion machines to ensure precise dimensions
Prepare, clean, and install dies
Identify and handle raw materials
Perform inspections to maintain quality standards
Maintain consistent attention to machine performance and product output

While the work environment is casual, the role requires focus, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality—especially during the training period.
