Resident Care Team Lead​/Med Passer

Job Summary

Live out your passions in an environment where it makes a difference! Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi‑level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role of a Resident Care Team Lead/Med Passer.

• Oversee daily operations in Health Services neighborhoods, ensuring high‑quality person‑centered care for residents.
• Lead a team of health services staff, administer medications and treatments, and communicate with families, physicians, and external service providers.
• Supervise direct care staff, assist with activities of daily living (hygiene and mobility), and help train new staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, uphold safety standards, and respond to emergencies as needed.

• Oregon Certified Nurse Aide certification.
• At least two years of experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing resident well‑being.

Starting Wage: $22.66/hr (DOE)

Shift differentials: $2/hr additional for Non‑Overnight Care (NOC)

Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Wednesday - Thursday.
