Job Description & How to Apply Below

George Fox University announces a tenure‑track faculty position in Mathematics to begin August 2026.

A successful candidate is passionate about living out their faith and teaching mathematics with small classes of engaged students. We invite applicants with the ability to teach through the eyes of faith within our core coursework of calculus, statistics, mathematics for the liberal arts, and proof‑based upper division courses.

The mission of the Mathematics & Data Analytics Program is to foster intellectual curiosity and nurture a hunger for truth and possibility, using a Christ‑centered approach to equip students to problem‑solve creatively, leverage data effectively, and embrace transformative thinking. Our department serves motivated majors as well as cohorts in engineering, nursing, business, biology and many other majors. Courses taught will be selected to minimize distinct course preps and encourage collaboration with the mathematics faculty.
