We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Direct Sales Team Lead (Door to Door Manager) to oversee and guide our direct sales team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newberg, OR. Responsibilities include managing and training a team of door-to-door sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, developing effective implementation strategies, mentoring team members, and actively engaging with potential customers.
The role requires a results-driven and personable leader, capable of fostering teamwork and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Lead and supervise a team of door to door marketers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve goals
- Complete door-to-door shifts, engaging potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and reporting for the door to door team
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall brand messaging
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during outreach activities
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in sales or outreach roles
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, or sales environments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with door-to-door canvassing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be proactive, personable, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Yearly Salary $30,000 - 38,000
- Commission / Bonuses based on all team results (Opportunity to earn $30k+ yearly)
