TAX PREPARER

LOCATION: Yamhill County, OR

SALARY: $72,000 - $82,000+ annually, depending on experience

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Direct Hire | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexity
• Review financial data and make adjusting entries to complete trial balances
• Perform financial statement analysis to summarize current and projected financial positions
• Generate individual tax projections using professional tax software
• Maintain regular client communication and support tax-related questions and concerns
• Supervise and review work from interns and junior staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in public accounting
• Proven ability to conduct 1st review of moderately complex tax returns
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Lacerte and Quick Books preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
