Our Beer & Wine Sales Support Specialists provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. They assist our sales personnel by distributing point‑of‑sale material, building beer and beverage displays, providing assistance in product shelf management, and covering vacation routes. This is a fast‑paced, physical environment that delivers all of our customers’ beer and wine needs.

• Monday - Friday (typically 8AM - 4PM)

• Effectively coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising plans.
• Execute daily sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing POS, rotating products, and ensuring proper pricing.
• Utilize current, thematic POS when building and maintaining displays.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers to promote a positive company image.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote proper shelf‑space management according to company standards, ensuring products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised.
• Work efficiently to complete all daily assignments.
• Check account pricing and communicate discrepancies to the account manager, regional director, or pricing coordinator in a timely manner.

• Previous sales and/or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of customer service standards.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment dolly.
• Ability to maneuver 168‑pound kegs and 35‑pound cases on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Activity – This job requires standing for long periods, twisting, and bending. Our team lifts product cases regularly throughout the shift, weighing approximately 35 lbs.
• Temperature – Our building is temperature‑controlled, providing comfortable conditions year round.
