As a Restaurant Server, you will become the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Your passions for service and attention to detail will leave a lasting impression, making each guest’s visit memorable. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have a natural flair for hospitality. As a Restaurant Server you will:
- Be a Friendly Face – arriving at work on time to get the rest of the whatlist and keep the area clean and attractive during the me period. When the outlet closes the cleaning duties – floors, tables, buffet, and side work duties will also part of your role.
- Be a Host as well as a Server – pouring water, upselling food and beverage, making helpful suggestions, answering queries, remembering names or favorite choices, offering a friendly smile – and maybe even a weather forecast or a local attraction suggestion – all part of the job.
- Be a Food Professional – understand the food and beverage.u is serving us to thereout
- Be a Safety & Security Agent – following the hotel’s established safety and security policies & procedures, anticipating problems and call management as needed.
Job Requirements:
A high school education or equivalent preferred and at least one year of progressive experience in food & beverage required as is a Serv Safe or Tips certification. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours as needed. Medium work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near vision – the ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand and walk for long periods without sit or lean. Fluency in English and being able to work in stressful, high pressure situations, and must possess ability to multi-task on a regular basis.
