We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting patient health and well-being by delivering comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards and practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Previous nursing experience in [preferred area, e.g., acute care, long-term care, etc. is highly desirable.
- BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
