Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting patient health and well-being by delivering comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards and practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
  • Previous nursing experience in [preferred area, e.g., acute care, long-term care, etc. is highly desirable.
  • BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
