The estimated base salary range for this role is $44,408 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lift and stack finished goods.
- Perform quality checks on the boards.
- Handle rework material when necessary.
- Perform hand beveling, stacking boards, operate Parke and Diehl saws and spindle router and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist with making changes on the line and perform various other functions while changes are being made.
- Set up and operate end router in a timely manner.
- Perform fabrication such as hand beveling, stacking and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Experience:
- High School education or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred.
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other company vehicles.
- Must be able to read, write, and use measuring devices.
- Must be able to perform heavy duty work.
- Must be available to work at any time, day (including weekends) and rotating shifts.
- Must be able to get to work on time and have reliable good attendance.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment (hot, cold, dusty, etc.).
- Must be able to work overtime if needed.
- Must be able to read, write, and use measuring devices.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to take training to develop process and quality knowledge.
- Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment (Fork Lift Truck).
Plant Environment – This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and pants. Must be available to work 7am to 3pm and/or 10-hour shifts when called.
