Our team is highly skilled in managing technically challenging residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Newark, Ohio, for a Commercial Electrical Project Estimator. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing accurate construction project cost estimates, analyzing project blueprints, reviewing specifications, and collaborating with project teams to establish budgets. The role also involves evaluating bid opportunities, managing vendor relationships for ordering materials, and providing exceptional communication to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with an established electrical contractor
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical installation means and methods, systems, components, and industry best practices
  • In‑depth understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations
  • Expertise in Cost Management, Budgeting, and financial oversight of electrical construction projects
  • Strong Construction Estimating and Electrical Project Estimation skills
  • Excellent Communication competencies for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients
  • Attention to detail and understanding of construction project specifications and blueprints
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Prior experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with industry standard estimating software and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field is an asset but not mandatory
