ADMINISTRATOR (BENEFITS)

Established client in the medical industry is seeking an Administrator department to assist with benefits enrollment items. Are you a quick learner with great attention to detail? Keep reading!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR:

• Enter data from various sources (paper documents, spreadsheets, etc.) into computer systems
• Process documentation, including benefits enrollment, change of life, reimbursement, and eligibility paperwork
• The Administrator assist with inbound inquiries regarding benefits and COBRA
• The Administrator will ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• The Administrator should have excellent customer service and people skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
