Location: On-site, Full time

Salary
: $80,000 - $110,000

Were looking for a hands-on Shipping Supervisor to run our night shift operations and keep everything moving smoothly. Youll be the person making sure orders are picked, loaded, and shipped out on time with the team organized, motivated, and focused.

If you enjoy leading people, solving problems on the spot, and keeping a warehouse running efficiently, this role is a great fit.

• Lead and support the night shift shipping team
• Make sure picking, staging, and loading are done accurately
• Keep shipments on schedule and maintain quality standards
• Set expectations, guide the team, and help drive consistent results
• Partner with logistics, inventory, and production to keep things flowing
• Watch workload and adjust staffing as needed
• Jump in to fix issues quickly and improve processes
• Ensure all trucks are loaded and ready to go before shift end

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse leadership
• Strong communication skills - English required, Spanish helpful
• A calm, confident approach when things get busy
• Ability to motivate a team and hold people accountable
• Solid organization and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems
• Safety-minded and reliable
• Flexibility to help with extra shifts when needed

Youre the person who makes sure everything leaves the warehouse on time, safely, and with accuracy the backbone of our night operations.
