We are looking for an Entry Writer for our client based near EWR. The ideal candidate would have minimum 3 years experience within entry writing, preferably Cargo Wise knowledge, and have a solid understanding of U.S. Customs regulations.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and process import documentation for air and ocean shipments.
- Use Cargo Wise for data entry and tracking of customs entries.
- Ensure shipments comply with U.S. Customs regulations.
- Coordinate with brokers, importers, and freight forwarders for smooth clearance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in customs entry writing and import compliance.
- Proficient in Cargo Wise
. - Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs rules and procedures.
