The Fleet Parts Administrator supports the Fleet Maintenance team by maintaining the TMT Software system, which includes parts maintenance inventory, Preventative Maintenance schedules, repair jobs, and all related maintenance department work. This position reports to the Fleet maintenance Manager.
- Compensation: $ 38 - $ 41 per hour
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility for OT and some weekend work if needed. - Benefits:

- Maintain the Master Data in TMT Software system, which includes Part #’s Truck #’s, Scheduled PM dates, Truck mileage, DOT inspection data, Maintenance Crew data amongst other information.
- Maintain Optimal Parts Inventory levels.
- Issue Purchase Orders for parts
- Deal directly with vendors on ordering and status of orders.
- Develop and provide metrics and reports for management.
- Enter receipt of part orders in software.
- Ensure that parts are in stock for scheduled preventative maintenance
- Open and close all repair jobs.
- Work effectively with executives, managers, vendors, and employees to provide excellent fleet maintenance service support
- Organize parts room to ensure proper inventory counts
