This position is based out of Newark, New Jersey
, and combines field service with in-house equipment refurbishment. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem solving, and working with customers, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career in a stable and expanding organization.

About the Role

As a Coffee & Espresso Equipment Service Technician, you’ll be on the road responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee and espresso equipment at customer locations. You’ll also assist with equipment testing and refurbishing in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, diagnose, and repair commercial coffee and espresso machines
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on beverage equipment
  • Travel to local customer locations including restaurants, cafés, and delis
  • Refurbish and test equipment in‑house to ensure quality standards
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully w/ customers regarding service needs and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
Qualifications
  • Experience servicing coffee, espresso, or beverage equipment preferred
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related trades required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Professional customer service attitude
