About The Role:
We’re currently looking for a Junior Low Voltage Technician to assist with installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various electronic security systems including CCTV, access controls and related low voltage systems across commercial and industrial projects.
- Installation:
Pulling, labeling, and terminating cables (coax, fiber, Cat5/6) for security, AV, fire, and data systems. - Assistance:
Supporting senior technicians with hardware setup, component assembly, and running wires in walls/ceilings. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and fixing issues in existing low voltage systems. - Tools:
Hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters), drills, crimpers, voltmeters, tape measures, ladders. - Technical:
Reading blueprints/schematics, basic computer skills, understanding wiring principles. - Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, strong communication, teamwork, physical fitness for varied environments, safety-conscious

Requirements Qualifications- Experience/understanding with construction environment and low voltage systems
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for daily travel in North Jersey/Bronx and surrounding areas
